Booking Procedures:
Scan copy of passport details and flight details for reservation via email to :
and wire transfer one month’s rental fee upon reservation to our bank account.

Payment terms:
2 months rental as security deposit
1 month advance rental
Monthly rental due on 1st day of every month
Security deposit refund during checking out, returning house keys and resident card less utilities cost

Documents required for applying a resident card:
Photocopy of passport details or Malaysian Identity Card
2 pieces of passport size photo
RM20 processing fee for each resident card
RM30 deposit for each resident card

Minimum Stay:
3 months and upon check out must be given 1 month prior notice
In the event, if your stay is shorter than 3 months, a 50% charge at the rate of one month rental will be imposed
