Jogging Track

Tanjung Lipat track was formally open not long ago 2014. It is furnished with various stations for body weight workout, bike stops and road light. The tracks are principally level with shaded tarred street. Of course, do be cautious and preferably run in sets or gathering to stay away from any undesirable occurrence.

Limited parking space.

At Anjung Senja, you can sit indoor or outside.
In the event that you want to make up for lost time with the news or show being played on the TV, you should sit indoor.
But, if you adores to feel the breeze all over or sit close to the musical sprinkling wave’s sound you should sit outdoor.

There are more than 15 food stalls at Anjung taste and visitors have a wide choice of food.

Situated 6 Kilometres away from Kota Kinabalu City, it is one of the places where the local people love to come and spend their weekend or watching the sunset. I bet you will love this place just with one visit.

Tanjung Aru gets its name from the casuarinas or also known as aru trees that grow fringe the fine sands.

Taking its name from the casuarinas or aru trees that fringe the fine sands, visitors usually will sit at along the ringside provided to watch the most beautiful sunset on Earth every evening when the crimson sun dips slowly into the horizon, leaving the vast skies a brilliant red which will make anyone watching it fall in love with the view.

At this stretch of the beach, it is also the best spot to see airplanes taking off & touching down as the Kota Kinabalu Airport is just nearby.

Food outlets are also available and are open until late at night. Enjoy the coconut water and sugarcane juice, chicken or beef satay and steamed beans and corn, or enjoy dinner that provides local food based on seafood that is located there.

How to get here?
From KK City Centre, take the No 16 bus towards Tanjung Aru from the bus stations in front Shang Ri Hotel and let the driver know of your destination. Bus fare isRM1.50. You can also go by taxi, atRM15 per taxi(up to four persons)

Such as Spaghetti, Vermicelli, Fettuccine, Linguine, Macaroni, Penne Rigati and etc.

2nd Step
Choose you sauce!
Here in PASTA PASTA you can choose from 3 different sauce which is Tomato sauce, Cream sauce and Pesto Sauce.
Well, for me personally I usually will go for Cream Sauce with EXTRA cheese.

3rd Step
Choose your toppings!
This is where you can choose either you want seafood, minced beef, meat ball, chicken breast, italian sausage or streaky beef mushroom to be your toppings.

You just have to wait less than 5 minutes to be served , and wala! you can enjoy your pasta now!
Yes! with only RM6.50 you fill your stomach with this delicious pasta. I promise you that you will not regret it.

Biru-biru Cafe

Looking for a place where you want to have western but with a touch of local food? Worry no more as you can get it at Biru-biru Cafe.

It situated nearby our beloved Atkinson Tower which it is one of the Sabah historical monument.
It was previously owned by Borneo Backpackers and has undergone major face-lift and spruce up.

The interior is decorated with collections of paintings and stuff which they get from their travelling which really amazed me. If you are looking for Biru-biru Cafe, you just have to look up the sign “Sharikat Biru Biru” above the entrance.

I actually heard about Biru Biru Cafe from one of my food lovers friend where he suggest me to go and have a dinner there. And I fall in love with their Spaghetti Tuhau! Yes! You read it right. Tuhau is one of our traditional veggies in Sabah. And I was impressed with the taste as I never thought that Tuhau will taste so much better with spaghetti!

“Pusas” is a Dusun word which translate as snacks that normally served accompanient with alcohol ( similar to chips and nuts with beer)
They serve a few types of Pusas in their menu such as;
1. Hinava (It was made from fish and mixed with lime juice, bird’s eye chili, slice shallots and grated gingers)
2. Roti Canai Quesadilla
3. Tuhau Chips with Tuhau Salsa
4. Deep Fried Okra Sprinkled with Cumin

One of the popular desert that they serve here is the Waffle with Coconut Ice cream & Gula Melaka. It really yummy! and I bet anyone that tasted it will agree with me too! 🙂
